Sales & Application Engineer
 
Responsibilities:
 
To develop technical solutions for existing customers on first article (FA) products.
To follow-up on quotation request & acknowledge incoming Purchase Orders from customers.
To prepare and present technical presentation for customer’s solutions on first article (FA) products.
To communicate technical requirements from customers to the various internal departments.
To assist and communicate relevant technical information to QA department on technical related issues.
To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Sales Manager.
Position available in Singapore, Johor, Penang and USA.
 
Requirements:
 
Education Level : Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience : 2 -3 years working experience
Skills : Microsoft Office; 3D Drawing software.
 
 
 
Mechanical Designer
 
Responsibilities:
 
To design and develop mechanical hardware and tooling for new project, semi conductor test and validation hardware.
Responsible for design and drafting layout for production manufacturing.
Liaise with Production and QA on engineering design related issues.
Liaise with Application Engineer on design related issues.
To coordinate with relevant departments and to ensure all first article (FA) meet production schedules, product functionality and quality.
To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.
Position available in Singapore, Johor, Penang and USA.
 
Requirements:
 
Education Level : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
Experience : At least 1 year experience in computer drafting
Skills : Solid works / AutoCAD / Microsoft Office
 
 
 
QA Engineer
 
Responsibilities:
 
To act as DQMR for ISO9001: 2000 and DCC for maintaining the revision for all ISO related documents.
To assist GM in coordinating ISO project management flow between all departments.
To ensure all elements of engineering issues pertaining to quality is being monitored.
To account for, upkeep and maintain the usability of QC measuring equipment periodically.
To ensure all outgoing finished products are inspected according to QC checklists prior to delivery & shipment and QC records are maintained.
To record & ensure the closure of all process or product non-conformities detected in non-conformance report.
Position available in Johor and Penang.
 
Requirements:
 
Education Level : Tertiary / Engineering background
Experience : Min.1 year
Skills : Computer Literate in MS Office, operating vision inspection systems
 
 
 
Admin. Assistant
 
Responsibilities:
 
To attend to incoming telephone calls and take down messages for follow-up.
General administrative duties like handling and forwarding incoming mails, arranging courier service, maintaining filing records, preparing & issuing Quotations, Delivery orders & Invoices and Purchase Orders.
To assist Administrator in purchasing duties like sourcing for new vendors related to office use, follow-up PR request from employees and preparing monthly payment cheques to creditors.
To maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, monitor general office maintenance and update inventory lists.
To make arrangement on hotel and flight bookings for company business.
To monitor staff training records.
To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Administrator.
Position available in Singapore, Johor and Penang.
 
Requirements:
 
Education Level : Secondary
Experience : Min. 1 year in related experience
Skills : Computer literate in Microsoft Office software like Word, Excel and Access
