To attend to incoming telephone calls and take down messages for follow-up. |

General administrative duties like handling and forwarding incoming mails, arranging courier service, maintaining filing records, preparing & issuing Quotations, Delivery orders & Invoices and Purchase Orders. |

To assist Administrator in purchasing duties like sourcing for new vendors related to office use, follow-up PR request from employees and preparing monthly payment cheques to creditors. |

To maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, monitor general office maintenance and update inventory lists. |
 |
To make arrangement on hotel and flight bookings for company business. |
 |
To monitor staff training records. |
 |
To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Administrator. |
