| Reduce

To convert to recycled packaging materials and reduce the usage of plastic packing material by >5-10% per annum
- To reduce & save electrical energy consumption by >15% annually by removing unnecessary lighting points, turning off lights & PC monitors,
un-plug all switches for equipments when not in use, increase air-con temperature

To reuse old CNC tooling by rework (e.g re-sharpening) & reduce manufacturing waste by >10% per annum
- To reuse printed paper usage by >10% through printing on used-paper

| Recycle

Convert to using 100% Biodegradable garbage bags
- Send our waste/scrap metals and liquid coolants & hydraulic oils for proper recycling by waste treatment Co.
- Install recycling bins in company areas for collecting waste metals, plastic & paper for recycling, increase recycling volume by 10% per annum

- Use RoHS compliant materials in socket & spring pin manufacturing
